Wortham Innovations LLC provides Application Security Consulting, Mobile App Development, Web App Development, and Technology Education & Workshops.

You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with performance, reverse engineer components, or use automated scraping without permission.

All site content, branding, and code are owned by or licensed to Wortham Innovations LLC. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.

Our Services integrate with Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Calendly, and other third-party providers. Their terms apply separately.

All Services are provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee outcomes, system security, or uninterrupted service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wortham Innovations LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is $100 USD.
8. Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Connecticut. Class actions are waived.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
